Joe Smith is a Senior Attorney at Boyd & Cidado, dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of family law with clarity and compassion. A New Jersey native, Joe grew up in Spring Lake Heights and is a graduate of Saint Rose High School in Belmar, New Jersey. He then pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina.
In 2016, Joe moved to Georgia to attend Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he discovered his passion for family law during his final year when he began working with a small law firm in the greater Atlanta area specializing in family law.
Since 2020, Joe has focused exclusively on family law, handling a range of complex cases. He understands the emotional and stressful nature of these situations and takes pride in clearly communicating difficult issues to his clients. This approach ensures that every client feels secure, well-informed, and supported throughout their case.
