Daniel Kilfoyle
Daniel Kilfoyle is a skilled family law attorney representing clients throughout Georgia in matters including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, and other family law issues. Known for his dedication and professionalism, Daniel has been recognized by his peers and selected to the 2026 Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for only a small percentage of attorneys in each state. This distinction reflects both his professional achievements and the respect he has earned in the legal community.
After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia, Daniel pursued his Juris Doctor at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, graduating in 2018. While at Mercer, he distinguished himself as a member of the prestigious Mercer Law Review. That same year, he was admitted to the Georgia Bar.
Daniel began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, where he gained extensive courtroom experience and developed strong advocacy skills. He then served as a Staff Attorney, working closely with the judiciary and gaining valuable insight into the decision-making process of the courts. These roles provided him with a solid foundation in litigation and judicial procedure, which he now applies to his family law practice.
Today, Daniel focuses exclusively on family law, guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging and emotional situations. His Rising Stars recognition underscores his commitment to excellence, his compassion for the families he serves, and his reputation as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.
